We are a four vet equine only horse practice based at Moorhouse Equestrian Centre, just off the Wakefield (A638) Rd on the outskirts of Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

We specialise in the veterinary care of horses, so you can feel confident that you will be seen by a 'horse vet' who has personal interest in the veterinary care of horses.

We cover a large practice area extending up to Selby in North Yorkshire, out to Goole in East Yorkshire, down to Worksop in North Nottinghamshire, and out to Penistone in West Yorkshire.

We run a 'zone' visit scheme enabling half price visits on certain days in certain areas. Click here to view zone day map.

With a team of four horse vets, we are small enough to offer you a personal and professional approach but big enough to provide a high level of service and 24 hour emergency cover.

You can find us easily and the areas we cover for our zone visits by selecting the contact page on the menu.

Horse Vets, The Equine Veterinary Centre

The Equine Veterinary Practice was founded in 1999, by Mr Richard Coppack, who had been in mixed practice in the area for the previous 15 years, whose specialist interest had always lain with horses. It has now built up to a four vet equine only practice with a small in-patient facility based at Moorhouse Equestrian Centre.
